Our perception of time enables it to fly, move at a snail's pace, or go nowhere. Most clocks are a persistent reminder of only the steady march ahead. But this dynamic clock runs fast and slow, forwards and backwards, forever catching up or lagging behind the "correct time." Accurate to +/- 2 minutes, the perpetual imbalance of its motion is always within the gray area of 4 minutes, the precision of "ish," as in "6 ish."
