In September 2003, I traveled the diverse landscape and altitudes of Peru, from the coastal city of Lima, to the rocky peaks of the Andes, by train, plane, bus, boat, and foot. Lima is a culturally significant, crowded, noisy pit, but at the cliffs edge is this beautiful restaurant.
